piece of contention





These photos are of the sculpture I alluded to in a prior post. I was preparing it for the paint dip bucket when three colleagues protested the next step of it's development. Their admonition was related to the proposal that this sculpture exists in it's finished state and no modifications are necessary.
There request was to put this on display and gather feedback.

I invite commentary.

I agree that the piece is very interesting as it is. However, I enjoy how the paint dip process put all of the various objects on a level playing field and only the texture becomes important.
